Our services are intended to help students understand subject matter, improve their writing skills, and gain insight into how to approach academic assignments. We do not condone or support academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or any violation of your institution's academic integrity policies.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our materials complies with your educational institution's policies and applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Our services are available to students and individuals worldwide. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your subject, assignment type, deadline, academic level, and any specific instructions.

Payment is required before work commences. All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and are subject to change without notice. The final price for your order will be confirmed before payment is processed.

We accept payment through the methods listed on our order form. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the stated amount for the services requested.

Prices vary based on academic level, subject complexity, word count, and turnaround time. Any additional services (add-ons) selected at checkout will be charged at the rates displayed.

We make every effort to deliver completed work by the agreed deadline. Turnaround times begin from the moment full payment is received and all required order details and materials have been provided.

In the unlikely event of a delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and work to deliver as soon as possible. Refund eligibility for late delivery is governed by our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate instructions at the time of ordering. Changes to instructions after work has commenced may affect the deadline and may incur additional charges.

We offer a number of free revisions depending on your chosen pricing tier (Standard: 2 revisions; Express: 3 revisions; Urgent: unlimited within 48 hours of delivery). Revision requests must be consistent with the original order instructions.

Revision requests that constitute a change in the original brief, scope, or requirements may be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.

All revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered work for personal, educational reference purposes only.

Academic Solution Online retains all intellectual property rights in the work until full payment is received. We reserve the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable versions of completed work for quality assurance, training, and portfolio purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any work delivered by us without our express written consent.

We treat all customer information and order details with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information or order details to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to fulfil your order.

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, pricing structures, or internal processes you may become aware of through your use of our services.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Submitting our work as your own in violation of your institution's academic integrity policy without appropriate referencing.

• Using our services to produce content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or harmful.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or disrupting our services.

• Providing false information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe violates these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Academic Solution Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or results from the use of our reference materials.

Our refund policy is set out in full on our Refund Policy page. By using our services, you agree to the terms of that policy. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the conditions stated therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
